Paradox Underground is an exclusive dining club—a sort of culinary speakeasy in Memphis that offers once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.
 
For just one night, we transform a seemingly obscure location in the city into a unique event where Chef Jimmy Gentry, along with his Paradox team, serves five masterfully created courses paired with perfect libations.
 
This is an all-around experience sure to excite all the senses. Each event promises the chance to eat, drink, and mingle at a place where no one has dined before—and may never get the chance to again. Mystery is part of what makes Paradox Underground unlike any other dining experience in the city. The location of each event remains undisclosed until 48 hours prior to the dinner; ticket holders will then receive an email or text revealing all the final details. The evening challenges the chef—and any guest chef—to step outside their regular menu repertoire, offering a chance to create food customized to the venue and atmosphere. Who knows who else may be part of each dinner? It could be a chef from your favorite restaurant, one of our acclaimed brew masters, a winemaker, or even the next up-and-coming chef showcasing our city.
